I need to find a renter as quickly as possible because I moved out and am renting another place right now.
350E a month rent, with all bills included. "Provision" means a single one-off payment to the Hausverwaltung, usually x2.37 the base rent rate of 250E. On the positive side: the monthly rent is very competitive and you'll save a lot of money in the long-term.
