While I am travelling my apartment is free for you!

The weekly rent includes electricity, heating, internet, GEZ and all other costs. I am quite flexible with dates, however, I wish to have someone who wnts to rent the place for at least 4 weeks.
Please write me a message explaining what you're doing in Berlin, who you are and for what time you need a place to stay.
The apartment is not suitable for pets or couples and extra-suitable for plant-lovers with a green thumb.
The area is really nice since Volkspark Friedrichshain is right at the opposite of the house. Small bakeries are also within the same street and the Tram M10 'Paul-Heyse-Straße' is stopping right in front of the house. So you will be at Warschauer Straße or Eberswalder Straße within no time.
For groceries you can either walk to one of the two Nettos within 2 minutes or go to Rewe which takes you around 10 Minutes. A Lidl and Kaisers are also within the closer area (~5-10 mins).
For Cafés, Bars etc the closest 'Kiez' is the Bötzowkiez where you can easily walk to in 5 mins. Plenty of nice cafes, bars, yoga studios etc.
