Fully furnished loft studio in center of Prenzlauer Berg

My studio apartment will be free from 15.02.2023 on and will be provided fully furnished to one person only.
The contract will be firstly limited for 6months and can be extended after, once both parties can confirm that everything went smoothly and most important: You are happy with the studio and feel cozy and home.
There'll be no Anmeldung possible for now.

As I would like to get to know more about you, it would be great if you can please share an introduction of yourself incl. following information upfront:
• Work contract
• Salary prove (last 3 months)
• Schufa (request now)
• Professional profile Link (Website/LinkedIn)
This will make it easier for me to take my decision and potentially can give YOU the possibility to rent my studio.

An in-person viewing is possible from January on as I'm currently not in town. Still, we can arrange a call from December onwards to get to know each other first.

TL;DR:
I have split up the studio apartment into 2 levels in Nov 2019 to get more space for living/eating and sleeping. The kitchen got partially renovated in 2020 and is therefore pretty new. There is also an extra room which is currently used as walking closet & for storage. Ideally, I prefer someone who can keep the studio in the condition as it was gotten handed over.

REQUIREMENTS
❌ No parties and/or loud music allowed. Please respect the neighbours and keep quiet between 10pm-9am.
❌ No smoking and no drugs
❌ No pets
