I am pleased to offer my 40m2 apartment located in the heart of Prenzlauerberg. The apartment is conveniently located just 1 minute by foot from the M10 stop and 3 minutes from the M4 and M2 stops.
It is also a 12-minute walk to the Greisfalderstrasse and Prenzlauer Alle S-Bahn stations.

Duration:

The apartment is available for sublet for 2 months, starting from March 1st.

Costs:

The monthly rental price is 850€, which is payable on the first of every month.
In addition, a 1200€ deposit is required at the time of signing the rental contract.

Furniture:

The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable big bed, glass desk, conformable chair, and an IKEA closet/shelf.

The kitchen is equipped with a vast wooden worktop, built wooden shelves, stove + oven, refrigerator, sink, and a washing machine.

However, please note that the dishwasher is currently out of order.

The bathroom has brand-new flooring.

Requirements:

To rent this apartment, I require a job contract or proof of a stable income, a Schufa (request now) , and a copy of your ID or passport.

I will be available for visits between 6 pm-8 pm daily.
