da ich ab Anfang August für einige Wochen in Israel sein werde, kann ich dir vom 01.08. bis zum 22.09 (jeweils +/- ein Tag) meine Wohnung anbieten.
Sie besteht aus einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einem kleinen Flur, einem Schlaf-/ Wohnbereich und einer separaten Küche. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon, der nachmittags schön in der Sonne liegt. Ich lasse dir natürlich meine Möbel da, auch WLAN, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank etc kannst du gerne benutzen.
Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig und die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus, also muss man sich über störende Geräusche keine Gedanken machen. Geht man zur Tür raus, ist man in fünf Minuten zum Volkspark Wuhlheide, an die Spree, zur HTW und zur Tramstation gelaufen. Von hier aus kommt man in einer Viertelstunde zur U-Bahnstation Tierpark. Den S Bahnhof Schöneweide erreicht man mit der Tram in weniger als zehn Minuten oder zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten. Von hier aus fährt man nur wenige Stationen zur Ringbahn und weniger als 30 Minuten Minuten nach Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg und zum Alexanderplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kiosks, Cafés und das beste Eis, sowie die beste Pizza sind in Gehweite ;-)

I will be offering my flat from August first until 22rd of Sepember.
The flat consists of a bathroom with bathtub, a sleeping and living area, a separated kitchen and a small, but nice balcony. You are welcome to use all my furniture as well as the washing machine, fridge, cofee machine and so on!
The flat is in a friendly and quiet neighbourhood close to the HTW. From there you can walk to a nice park and the Spree river in five minutes. Different shopping opportunities, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Also, the next Tram station is almost right next to the house. From there, you can get to U Bahnhof Tierpark in 15 minutes and to S Bahnhof Schöneweide in five to ten minutes (or you just walk). You can get to Friedrichhain, Kreuzberg and Alexanderplatz in less than half an hour.
