Die Wohnung ist 26 qm groß,
hat eine separate Küche mit genügend Platz für einen großen Tisch,
das Bad hat eine Badewanne
und es gibt eine Abstellkammer.
Super sonnig, ruhig gelegen.
Die Wohnung ist nicht weit von dem FU Campus entfernt, als auch von der UdK. Ebenfalls ist man in 15 min am Potsdamer Platz und weniger als 20 Minuten am S-Bhf. Friedrichstr.
Die S-Bahn Station befindet sich direkt vor der Tür und die U9 und die Busse sind 2 Minuten Fußweg vom Haus entfernt, womit man auch Nachts gut nach Hause kommt.
Die Wohnung ist aber ruhig, weil die Wohnung zur Hofseite gelegen ist.
Da die Fenster in Richtung Süd-Osten sind, kriegt die Wohnung viel Sonne.
FÜR AUTOFAHRER: sehr gute Autobahnanbindung. Einen Autoparkplatz findet man direkt vorm Haus.
