Vermietet wird ein kleines, aber feines Studio Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Das Apartment wurde vor einigen Jahren komplett kernsaniert (Bad, EBK, Elektrik, Boden) und bietet nun einen idealen Rückzugsort. Aufgrund der großen Fensterfront, des großzügigen Balkons und der Südausrichtung fühlt man sich hier sofort wohl.
Das Apartment verfügt über eine schöne EBK mit Induktionskochfeld und Kühlschrank. Als Möbel sind ein Sideboard und Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Auf ein Schlafsofa bzw. Bett wurde bewusst verzichtet, damit der Mieter seine eigenen Vorstellungen verwirklichen kann. Der Süd-Balkon ist mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Aussenschrank ausgestattet. Die Lampen im Wohnraum sind dimmbar. Steckdosen für einen Beamer wurden unterhalb der Decke platziert.
Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum, der mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet ist.
Zusätzlich gibt es ein privates Kellerabteil. Der Stellplatz befindet sich im Hof.
We rent a small but nice studio flat in a very good location. The flat has been completely renovated a few years ago (bathroom, SFBC, electrics, floor) and now offers an ideal retreat. Due to the large window front, the generous balcony and the south orientation one feels immediately comfortable here.
The flat has a beautiful EBK with induction hob and refrigerator. A sideboard and wardrobe are available as furniture. A sleeping sofa or bed was deliberately omitted so that the tenant can realise his own ideas. The south-facing balcony is equipped with seats and an outside cupboard. The lamps in the living room are dimmable. Sockets for a beamer were placed under the ceiling.
In the basement there is a washing room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
There is also a private cellar compartment. The parking space is located in the courtyard.

The flat is located in a quiet side street in Berlin Tempelhof and has very good transport connections to the city motorway A100, the underground U6 and the suburban railway (S41/42). Shops for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity (Edeka, BioCompany, Lidl, Aldi, dm, Karstadt, TK Maxx).
Recreational areas such as Tempelhofer Hafen or Franckepark are also within five minutes walking distance. Restaurants and cafes are available in a large selection in the vicinity.
