Ich suche einen Nachfolger/ eine Nachfolgerin für diese sehr schöne Wohnung im Berlin Tempelhof. Es ist auch erlaubt die Wohnung als Paar zu mieten.

Wohnfläche: 40 m² Wohnung, im grünen Stadtteil Tempelhof.

Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit:
- gemütliches Bett,
- Couch und Couchtisch,
- Schränke

In der Küche hat man alles, was zum Kochen benötigt wird: Herd, Spüle, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine.
Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit Holzparket,
Es gibt die Duschkabine und ein eingelassener Waschtisch.

Der Boden in der gesamten Wohnung ist aus Holzparkett.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in angenehm ruhiger Umgebung. Nichtdestotrotz findet man zahlreiche Geschäfte (Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, Nah & Gut) und Restaurants.
Das steht für Euch noch zur Verfügung:
-mehrere Parks sehr nahliegend
-ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt liegt Tempelhofer Feld (definitiv ein Bonus im Sommer)
- In paar Stationen mit U-Bahn kommt Ihr zur Tempelhofer Hafen (Highlight des Bezirks)

Zum Objekt gehört ein abgeschlossener Stellplatz. Für Autofahrer ist die nahegelegene Stadtautobahn von Vorteil.

Öffentlich erreicht man die Wohnung auch sehr gut mit folgenden Optionen:
-U-Bahn (u6, Haltestelle Alt-Tempelhof, bis Zentrum z.B. Friedrichstrasse dauert nur 15 min)
-Busse 246, M46, 140
-Ringbahn (S 45, S46, Haltestelle Alt-Tempelhof)

Wichtig: Ich würde gerne meine fast wie neue Waschmaschine verkaufen. Deswegen ist ein Abschlag von 400 € angedacht.

I am looking for someone to take over this very nice apartment in Berlin Tempelhof. It is also allowed to rent the apartment as a couple.

Living space: 40 m² apartment, in the green district Tempelhof.

The living room is equipped with:
- comfortable bed,
- couch and couch table,
- wardrobe, cupboards

In the kitchen, you have everything needed for cooking: stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, and coffee maker.
The bathroom is equipped with wooden parquet,
There are a shower cabin and washbasin.

The floor in the whole apartment is wooden parquet.

The apartment is located in pleasantly quiet surroundings. Nonetheless, you can find numerous stores (Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, Nah & Gut) and restaurants.
This is still available for you:
-several parks very close
-approx. 10 min walking distance to Tempelhofer Feld (definitely a bonus in summer)
- In a few stations by subway you can get to Tempelhofer Hafen (highlight of the district)

A locked parking space belongs to the object. For drivers, the nearby city highway is an advantage.

You can also reach the apartment very well with the following public transport options:
