Small apartment next to the Berlin main station, University (TU) and Tegel airport. Only 9 min walking distance from metro station Turmstrasse. The apartment, which has a bathroom, livingroom/bedroom, separate kitchen and a small hall, has four big windows with views to the inner garden and is therefore very quiet.
The rooms are furnished as follows:
Kitchen: one completely new built-in kitchen with a spacious fridge-freezer, an oven and a stove.
Living room: one convertible sofa, one wardrobe, one table with two chairs, two big racks and a double bed with mattress.
Bathroom: one mirror cabinet, a shower cabin and a brand-new washing machine.
All extra costs (electricity, warm-water and heating) are included in the final price as well as fast internet (Kabel Deutschland 100 Mb/s).
Die Gegend bietet zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles was man für den Alltag benötigt.
