Hallo liebe Leute!
Da ich im Juli prüfungsbedingt nicht in Berlin sein werde, vermiete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum unter. Denkbar wäre auch noch die erste Augustwoche mitzumieten.
Da ich selber erst vor kurzem eingezogen bin, ist die Wohnung sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem aber an nichts. (Die Möbel auf den Bildern sind noch vom Vormieter!)
Sie ist mit 48qm sehr geräumig und hat ein relativ großes Bad und eine schöne, helle Küche.

I would like sublet my apartment for july. The apartment provides the necessary furniture. The pictures show the furniture from the previous tenant. The apartment has 48 m² and a spacious bathroom and a nice bright kitchen.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein: Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Zur nächsten S-Bahn-Station sind es nur 450 Meter. Auch der Plänterwald und Treptower Park mit der schönen Spree sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Edeka, Biomarkt, dm und Apotheke sind auch in ein paar Gehminuten erreicht.
The location couldn't be any better: The busstation ist directly in front of the door and the S-Bahn-Sation only 450 meters away. The Treptower Park and Plänterwald ist also only a few minutes by foot. Supermarkets are super close, too.
Gerne könnt ich auch zu zweit dort wohnen.
