ihr braucht 'ne Bude, hier ist eine. Ich ziehe um und suche kurzfristig zum 01.03. einen Nachmieter für mein Container-Apartment in der Eichbuschallee 55.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, hat eine Einbauküche, Bad und kommt mit Internetanschluss.
Größentechnisch liegt das Teil bei insgesamt 26qm. Die Anbindung ist gut, ins Zentrum braucht man ca. 25 - 30 min mit der S9 oder S85 oder mit dem Bus. Zum Einkaufen gibts 'n Netto um's Eck. Falls ihr pumpen wollt, MC Fit ist auch in 10 min erreichbar. Vor allem habt ihr hier eure Ruhe und könnt euch erst mal in Berlin einleben.
Und jetzt das Bürokratische.
