👋Hello,
I am looking to sublet my 1-room apartment from January to May (dates negotiable).
The apartment is semi-furnished: fully equipped kitchen and the living room/bedroom has a big bed, closet and clothes rack, desk, chair and a lamp, and an extra mattress.
The price is 950 including all bills (heating, electricity & internet) because this is the price that I pay (I'm just looking to cover the cost while I'm away) and I will take a deposit of 950 (payable over two installments).
Well located in Wedding (13353), 3 min walk to Seestraße station (U6) and 5 to Leopoldplatz (U6 + U9), 3 min walk to Rewe, waschsalon 5 min walk away (you will need it as there's no washing machine in the apartment), and many restaurants and shops within walking distance for everything you could possibly need.
Anmeldung is possible from May. I will be moving away past May so there's a possibility to take over the apartment in your name provided the landlord agrees and that you take over some of my furniture (negotiable later on).
