Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine sehr gemütliche und moderne 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Sie verfügt über einen großen Wohnbereich mit Einbauküche, einen Flur, ein großes Badezimmer und ein trockenes Kellerabteil. Im Gebäude gibt es außerdem eine Tiefgarage, in dem auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden können, sowie einen Aufzug. Das beste an der Wohnung ist wahrscheinlich der schöne Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert.
I am looking for a new tenant for my cozy and modern studio apartment. It has a large living area with kitchen, a hallway, a large bathroom and a dry cellar compartment. There is also an underground parking garage in the building, where bicycles can be parked, as well as an elevator. The best thing about the apartment is probably the beautiful balcony that has a very nice view. The apartment is not furnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Grenze zwischen Wedding und Pankow und liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Da sie nach hinten rausgeht hat man einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Mit dem Bürgerpark Pankow, der Schönholzer Heide und dem Mauerpark in fußläufiger Entfernumg ist die Lage ideal zum Laufen oder Spazierengehen.
Die nächste Tram Station ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die nächste S-Bahn 12 Minuten. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß, es gibt einen Rewe, einen Lidl und einen Netto in der Umgebung. Ansonsten findet man im Gesundbrunnen Center alles, was man braucht.
The apartment is located between Wedding and Pankow at a very quiet street. With the Bürgerpark Pankow, the Schönholzer Heide and the Mauerpark within walking distance, the location is ideal for running or walking.
The nearest tram station is about 5 minutes by foot, the nearest S-Bahn 12 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, there is a Rewe, a Lidl and a Netto in the area. Otherwise you can find everything you need in the Gesundbrunnen Center (5 minutes by bike).
