Ich suche einen Nachmieter fur mein 1ZimmerWohnung ab 1 Februar. Sie besteht aus einem gemütlichen Zimmer und einer separaten Küche beides mit schönen hohen Decken und großen Kastenfenstern. Das Bad und eine kleine Abstellkammer sind über den Flur zu erreichen, werden aber natürlich nicht geteilt. Geheizt wird per Zentralheizung, Bodenbelag sind rote Dielen.
Hallo!I look for someone taking over the contract of my 1ZimmerWohnung from February 1st.The flat is composed of one cosy room and a separate little Kitchen, both with high ceilings and large and bright windows. The bathroom (with bathtub) and a little boxroom are at the floor, the next door, but absolutely private. Central heating and red wooden floor.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Viertel zwischen Leopoldplatz und Osram-Höfen, in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich. U-Bahn (Leo und Nauener Platz, U9 + U6) und Straßenbahn (Seestr) sind schnell zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Gemüsehändler und sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind dank der Nähe zu Müller- und Seestraße reichlich vorhanden. Ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen sind auch einige nette Bars, Cafés und Restaurants.
The flat is in a beautiful, green, calm area between Leopoldplatz, Seestrasse and Nauener Platz (U9+U6 both reachable in 10 minutes on foot). S-Bahn Ring is reachable in a few minutes on foot as well. In 10 minutes you can reach Friedrichstrasse U-Bahn and and in 15 minutes Alexanderplatz. In the neighborhood you can find a lot of supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and it's vey close to Prenzlauer Berg to go out in the night.
Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich unmöbliert, ich würde aber gerne Kühlschrank, Arbeitsplatte und Hängeschränke in der Küche, den Waschbeckenunterschrank im Bad und zwei Kleiderschränke in der Wohnung lassen (alle kostenlos). Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen Telefonanschluss, Internet und Telefonie ist daher nur per Mobilfunknetz (zB Wireless modem) möglich. Der Vermieter verlangt eine Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, Gehaltsnachweise und einen Beleg über die Mietschuldenfreiheit.Studenten sind auch azeptiert.Eine Anmietung der Wohnung über das JobCenter ist möglich.Haustiere möglich nach Vereinbarung mit der Hausverwaltung.Die Kaution möglich in drei Raten zahlen.
The flat is basically unfurnished but I can leave some stuff (Fridge, cupboards and shelves in the kitchen and dining room) for free.Internet possible only with an Internet-Key or a wireless modem.Students and people with jobcenter helps can apply as well, but the landlord want in any case a Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, Gehaltsnachweise and Mietschuldenfreiheit proof. Pets only by agreements with the landlord
