Sehr schöne, sanierte Altbauwohnung in einem weniger schönen Haus. In der Wohnung funktioniert alles bestens, sie wurde vor 2 Jahren komplett saniert und hat isolierte, neue Fenster.
Sie liegt im Hinterhaus, ist aber trotzdem recht hell. Der Schnitt ist super und das Zimmer wirklich groß.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, da an der Grenze zu Prenzlberg und nah an der Ringbahn, U8, S1, S2, S25. Man merkt langsam, dass die Gegend kommt, in der Nähe sind immer mehr gute Bars und Cafés.
Die Besichtigung findet am Sonntag, 28. Juni um 11.00h statt. Bei "Mitteldorf" klingeln, dann ins letzte Hinterhaus, 2. Stock.
Zur Bewerbung braucht ihr Gehaltsnachweise, Personalausweiskopie, Schufa (request now) -Auskunft und Mietschuldenfreiheitserklärung. Wenn ihr sie dann wollt, bekommt ihr von mir die Selbstauskunft und könnt sofort alles der Verwaltung faxen.
Herd und Spüle bleiben drin, wenn gewollt. Ich übergebe die Wohnung unrenoviert (gebe dir dafür aber Geld).
