Beautiful modern apartment situated in a calm street of Wedding is available since 1st of June, 2018 (it might be available earlier). It was freshly renovated before less than a year. It has parquet flooring, white painted walls and ceilings, a new kitchen. The landlord provides only a kitchen ( without washing machine).
The apartment contains one common space of a room connected with a kitchen and a hall. There is a separate bathroom, as well as a terrace that you can reach directly through the room.
The apartment is furnished, most of the things are old less than a year. The new tenant has to take over all the equipment for a 500 EUR fee. It includes wardrobe, commode, roller blinds, table, 2 chairs, armchair, 3 pallets bed, shelves, clothes rack, rugs, 2 mirrors, bathroom cabinets, some plants, lamps and etc.
The rent (warmmiete) paid directly to the landlord is 494 EUR (though I can't ensure that it is not going to change). The electricity and internet provider you need to find and pay by yourself.
The apartment is situated in the calm part of Wedding. Though just 7min by walk you will find a busier street full of supermarkets, restaurants and other services. Very near by (1-10min by foot) you can find nice restaurants, cafes, bars, a gym, a park.
Very various option for a public transport. You can take a tramway (5 min distance), a bus (3 min distance), a train (6-8min) distance - nearest stations Nauern platz (U9) and Leopoldplatz (U6 & U9). From Leopoldplatz you can reach Friedrischstraße or Zoologisher Garten in 10 min.
VERY IMPORTANT.
The apartment is suitable only for one person.
