Die Wohnung ist klein, gemütlich und liegt in einem der schönsten Kietz vom Wedding.
Die wohnung ist nicht hochsaniert, hat eine Einbaudusche in der Küche und einen seperaten Mini-Toiletten Raum. Typisch für Berliner Hinterhof_Whg- so meine Erfahrung.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Müllerstrasse. ca 800 m entfernt.
Späti direkt am Eck, wie auch eine super Pizzeria, ein tolles Antiquariat und diverse Cafes.
U-Bahn Leopoldplatz locker in 10 minuten zu erreichen.
Eine Haftpflichtversicherung ist notwendig.
Ohne die geht es nicht, weil es eine Pumpdusche, die richtig bedient werden will, gibt.
Eine Haftpflichtversicherung gibt es bei diveresen Anbietern für ca 50€ im Jahr. z.B HUK-Coburg..

I am renting my flat. its very basic, but charming until 30th of August and maybe longer.
It has a mobile shower in the kitchen, instead of a seperate bathroom.
nevertheless there is a seperate toitlet room.
an insurance for private damage (Haftpflichtversicherung)
will be necessery.
Please check with insurance companies. there won´t be any sublease without this insurance.
companys are for example HUK privat Haftpflicht - around 55€ per year.
There are Shop in 800 m reach, especially Müllerstrasse with all you need...

Out of experience the HAFTPFLICHTVERSICHERUNG is a must. don´t call without it. It won´t mean, that anything bad will happen. Nevertheless this insurance covers damage you didn´t make on purpose. so its good to have for less than 5€ the month, it s a good deal......
