The flat is a one room flat, with a separated corridor and bathroom (shower and washing machine).
The flat is in the hinterhof building, at the groundfloor.
The balcony of the flat has a view to the inner garden.
Kitchen with all amenities included.
Smart TV and a work desk.
The bed is quite big and there are two sofas, one can be made into a one person sofa bed.
Close to several public transportation and supermarkets, restaurants, cafes. (ubahn 6 reinickendorfer str, sbahn/ubahn wedding, sbahn humboldthain, several bus stops close by- 2-3 minutes walking)
Its a quite neighborhood, close to the panke canal and humboldthain park.

The flat is available from 8th of May until end of December 2023, with the possibility of extension.

IMPORTANT INFO: I do have some personal items in boxes in the apartment, I would have to go by at some point to pick those things up. We can coordinate a good moment that works for both of us. (these personal things are stored in boxes in the kitchen ceiling which do not intervene with the space in the flat at all)
Also, I receive letters in the post and I would aprecciate it if i could ask you once in a while to give notice to me about the letters.
