Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock und ist bequem per Aufzug zu erreichen.
Ein geräumiger Keller gehört zur Wohnung dazu.
Die Wohnung verfügt trotz ihrer ruhigen Lage über eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. In 8 Minuten erreichen Sie den S-Bahnhof Sundgauer Straße, das Zentrum Berlins erreicht man von dort in 20 Minuten. In 4 Minuten erreicht man die Busse M48 und 101. Die Freie Universität ist fußläufig zu erreichen, auch zum Schlachtensee (Baden) und nach Potsdam kommt man schnell.
