Ich suche einen ruhigen Menschen, die/der die Räume meiner Wohnung im genannten Zeitraum nutzen mag und meine Pflanzen hütet. Meine Wohnung ist Altbau und vor 4 Jahren frisch saniert worden und ich gebe mir Mühe sie so zu pflegen bzw. so sauber sieht sie auch noch aus. :) Sie hat eine hochwertige Küche, Bad und Holzdielen, sowie einen Keller. Alles an Geräten & Utensilien kann mitbenutzt werden, z.B. Bettwäsche, Föhn, Wasserkocher, Pfannen, Töpfe, Handtücher, Waschmaschine etc. Mein Hercules Fahrrad kann für 20 Euro mit gemietet werden. Fyi: Ich habe keine Spülmaschine und Dunstabzugshaube.
Als Anmerkung: Für den kurzen Zeitraum werde ich keinen Untermietervertrag anbieten. Details & Fragen dazu können wir gerne besprechen.

Ich weiß, dass der berliner Wohnungsmarkt es einem nicht gerade leicht macht. Ich werde es aufgrund der Menge der Anfragen nicht schaffen allen zu antworten. Bitte nicht persönlich nehmen! Ich buk jeder Anfrage dankbar. 🙏🏻 Ich entscheide mich meistens für eine Person und frage keine weiteren an.

I'm looking for a calm, quiet person who would take care of my flat and plants. My apartment is an old building and was freshly renovated 4 years ago, so I try my best to keep it like this, and it still looks clean. :) It has a high-quality kitchen, bathroom and wooden floorboards, as well as a cellar. Everything at devices & utensils can be shared, e.g. bedding, washing machine, hairdryer, water boiler, pans, pots, towels etc. In addition my Hercules bike can be rented for 20 euro. Fyi: I do not have a dishwasher and extractor hood.
As a note, for the short period I will not offer a sublease contract. We can talk about details and questions on this if you like.

Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Schöneberg. Die Lage im 2. Stock im Hinterhof ist ruhig und trotzdem hell. Die Nachbarschaft ist auch ruhiger, weshalb laute, lange Nächte selten vorkommen / sollten. Schöneberg ist ein Viertel für junge Leute & Familien. Die Rote Insel bietet viele Grünflächen, familiäre Kaffees, Bars, türkische Märkte, Flohmärkte, Straßenfeste am Wochenende. Die beliebte Akazienstraße & S Südkreuz und die grüne Jogging oder Fahrrad Strecke & Naturpark Schöneberg am Priesterweg sind 20 min Fußweg entfernt. Anbindungen sind die S1, Bus nach Neukölln/KuDamm, U7 am Kleistpark, oder die Ringbahn, S2, 25, Regio, ICE am Südkreuz.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Schöneberg. The location on the 2nd floor in the backyard is quiet and yet bright. The neighbourhood is also quieter, which is why loud, long nights are / should be rare. Schöneberg is a quarter for young people & families. The Red Island offers many green spaces, family cafes, bars, Turkish markets, flea markets, street parties at weekends. The popular Akazienstraße & S Südkreuz and the green jogging or cycling track & nature park at Priesterweg are 20 min walk away. Connections are the S1, bus to Neukölln/KuDamm, U7 at Kleistpark, or the Ringbahn, S2, 25, Regio, ICE at Südkreuz.
Ein paar meiner persönlichen Sachen würde ich gerne in der Wohnung lassen.
Natürlich wird genügend Platz & Staufläche geschaffen. Da können wir gerne persönlich besprechen, was fürs Wohlfühlen & Wohnen benötigt wird. Haustiere lässt der Mietvertrag leider nicht zu.
