This studio is located in the groundfloor of the house. It has two windows facing the stree, like you can see on the pictures.
A WC is located in the entrance hall and the shower you can find in the basement - both shared with another room. Both have to be kept clean by both parties.
Die Haltestelle Carl-Severing-Schule ist ein paar Häuser weiter, mit direkten Anbindungen an Haltestelle Jahnplatz (U+S) und zum Hauptbahnhopf. In 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Stadtbahnhaltestelle Dürkopp Tor 6.
In unmittelbarer Näher gibt es Supermärkt Netto, Aldi, Lidl, Ünlü und Schenke und eine 24h Tankstelle Aral.

Das Studio wird von mir vermietet, allerdings wohnen Freunde von mir und die Besitzerin selbst mit im Haus, so hast Du feste Ansprechpartner, falls ich nicht da bin und etwas sein sollte.
Hier findest Du unter anderem einen Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeekocher, einen kleinen Ofen, in den eine Pizza passt, zwei alte Kochplatten und daneben optional eine moderne Induktionskochplatte, sowie Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Schalen, Besteck usw.
Bitte halte die Mülltrennung ein.
Höre CDs oder benutze die Bluetoothverbindung an der Musikanlage für dein Smartphone.
Nach Absprache kann ich was frei räumen sodass du deine persönlichen Dinge unterbringen kannst.

While I am just renting out my studio, friends of mine and the owner herself is living in this house, too.
So you will be able to reach someone close by for any questions, if I might not be available.
There is a toaster, kettle, Cafetera, an oven where you can fit a pizza, two old school electric cooking hubs and one additional induction hub, same as pots, pans, dishes, bowls, cuttlery etc.
Please respect the order of the trashbins.
Use the CDplayer or connect your smartphone via bluetooth for music.
Let me know if I can empty some space for your belongings.
