Ich suche jemanden, der sich genauso um die Wohnung kümmert wie ich es getan habe und der sie für einen Monat übernehmen kann und dann den Vertrag mit der Immobilienfirma ab 01.04.2022 startet.
Die Wohnung ist ausschließlich für Studenten oder Azubis. Sie ist voll ausgestattet.
Die Küche verfügt über: 4-Platten-Induktionsherd, Backofen, kleiner Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Tisch und zwei Stühle, Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr und viel Stauraum für Lebensmittel.
Ein eigenes geräumiges Badezimmer: mit Lüftung, Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche.
Das Zimmer verfügt über: einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch, einen Arbeitsstuhl, ein Bücherregal, 2 Regale, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Nachttisch, ein 200x100 cm großes Bett (Matratze, Laken und Decken müssen selbst mitgebracht werden).
Ein großes Highlight ist, dass die Wohnung sehr hell ist und einen Balkon (ca. 3,8 m2) hat, von dem man auf die umliegenden Felder blickt.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Abstellplatz für Ihr Fahrrad.
Waschmaschinen und Trockner befinden sich im Keller und können für 2 Euro genutzt werden.

Life moves on and I am going to have to leave this beautiful apartment in which I felt very comfortable. I am looking for someone who will take care of it as much as I did and who can take it for one month and then start the contract with the real estate company from 01.04.2022.
The apartment is exclusively for students or trainees. It is fully equipped.
The kitchen includes: 4-grill induction stove, oven, small refrigerator with freezer, table and two chairs, pots and pans, crockery, and plenty of storage space for groceries.
Its own spacious bathroom: enclosed with ventilation, sink, toilet and shower.
The room has: a large closet, desk, work chair, bookcase, 2 shelves, closet, bedside table, a 200x100 cm bed (you have to bring your own mattress, sheets and blankets).
A great highlight is that the apartment is very bright and has a balcony (approx. 3.8 m2) that overlooks the surrounding fields.
Downstairs there is a place to put your bike.
Washing machines and dryers are located in the basement and can be used for 2 euros.

5 bis 10 Gehminuten nach Endenich findet man Apotheken, kleine Arztpraxen, verschiedene Restaurants, das REX-Kino, einen Theater und ein paar kleine Kneipen.

From the balcony you have a view of the Meßdorfer Feld, an ideal place to go jogging or to take a walk.

5 to 10 mins walk to Endenich you can find pharmacies, small clinics, various restaurants, the REX cinema, a theater and some small pubs.

WICHTIG: Die Vermietung darf nur an Studenten oder Azubis erfolgen.
Alle diese Unterlagen werden von der Gebäudeverwaltung geprüft, und sie haben das letzte Wort.

Da ich auch in eine andere Wohnung umziehen werde, werde ich die Wohnung von heute bis zum 30.01. und dann vom 05.02. bis 11.02. persönlich oder online zeigen.
