I am looking for the next tenant of my 1-room basement apartment. The studio apartment has an area of 27 square meters. It is partly furnished with a shower and a mini kitchen with refrigerator and 2-burner stove. The room has two windows with electric shutters. Access to the apartment is via a steel staircase to the basement. It also has a garden which can be used by all parties in the house. There is a storage room and a bicycle park too.
The apartment building is located in Kekuléstraße and faces a quiet street in the center of Poppelsdorf. Several bus lines are within a few minutes walking distance. There are some restaurants, cafes, doctors, bakeries and supermarkets about 3 minutes from the apartment. As well as various green areas and parks, bars.
The overall rent is €445 including all additional costs. Electricity is also included in the overall rent.
I will selling my wardrobe, chest of drawers, night stands, table, standing mirror, chair-bed, grill and floor (It’s a PVC vinyl) carpeting for a good price. €330
