Ich suche zum 01.06. einen Nachmieter für meine gut gepflegte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Vermieterin stellt eine moderne Küche (Kühlschrank, Backofen und Ceranfeld wurden vor 3 Jahren ausgetauscht). Außerdem können bei Interesse der weiße Schrank, die blaue Couch und der kleine Holztisch (s. Fotos) im Zimmer verbleiben. Im Bad gibt es schönen großen Spiegelschrank und ein Fenster. Fahrräder können vor dem Haus oder im Keller abgestellt werden. Im Keller gibt es einen Stellplatz für eine Waschmaschine.
Bei Bedarf kann meine dort angeschlossene Waschmaschine (Samsung, aus 2017) für 250 Euro übernommen werden. Sie bietet moderne Waschgänge und funktioniert einwandfrei.
Gas- und Stromkosten sind noch nicht in der Warmmiete enthalten (ich zahle ca. 70 Euro mtl)!
Die Lage ist super! Einerseits sehr zentral, in 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Innenstadt (Friedensplatz). Andererseits ruhig, in der nördlichen Altstadt gelegen, in der Einbahnstraße sehr wenig Verkehr. ÖPNV: Straßenbahn Linie 61 in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar (Chlodwigplatz). Rewe ebenfalls in 3 Minuten, Aldi in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
