Hallo,
ich ziehe mit meiner Freundin zusammen und suche daher recht spontan eine Nachmieterin für meine Wohnung in Findorff. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küche mit Herd, Backofen und Spüle sowie einem Duschbad. In der Küche ist auch ein Waschmaschinen-Anschluss. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon nach hinten. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss einen Fahrradraum und einen eigenen Abstellraum, in dem auch das Rad oder andere Dinge abgestellt werden können.
In den Nebenkosten ist alles außer Strom und Internet drin. Das müsste extra abgeschlossen werden.
Die anderen Hausbewohner*innen sind alle sehr nett. Sie sind häufig jung und studieren zum Teil auch noch.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Findorff.
Hauptbahnhof: Zu Fuß ca. 20 min oder mit Rad ca. 5
Universität: Rad 15-20 min oder mit der 28 (fußläufig 3 min zur Haltestelle)
Es werden Studentinnen mit Elternbürgschaft bevorzugt. Außerdem wird eine Schufa (request now) -Auskunft benötigt.
