Hallo!
Ich suche für meine schöne, helle Wohnung am Rande der Pirnaischen Vorstadt einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Straßburger Platz, die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist also sehr gut (zur Technischen Universität 15min Fahrzeit). Außerdem sind genau vor dem Haus viele Parkplätze.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön, hat einen schönen, wenn auch nicht quadratischen Grundriss, der viel Raum zum Stellen von Möbeln bereithält. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet und gefließt. Der Südbalkon ist sehr groß, ruhig und sonnig, geht außerdem zum grünen Hinterhof raus, sodass er zum draußen sitzen einläd.
Gern bin ich zu Besichtigungsterminen bereit, da ich weder einen Grundriss noch Fotos zur Verfügung habe.
