Hey,
ich suche zum 01.09.2011 einen Nachmieter für meine Ein-Raumwohnung.
Die Wohnung besitzt einen riesen Balkon, eine Pantry-Küche sowie einen Keller.
Die Pantry-Küche würde ich euch kostenlos überlassen, wenn ihr nach meinem Auszug die Wohnung selber streicht odere es so lasst wie es jetzt ist(Wohnung ist in kompletten weiß!).
Im Haus ist eine Waschmachine vorhanden, so dass man keine eigene braucht(ein Waschmachinenanschluß ist aber selbstverständlich in der Wohnung auch vorhanden.
Ich habe eine Internetflat mit einem Festnetztelefon für monatlich 20 Euro für die Wohnung abgeschhloßen, bei Bedarf kann der auch mit übernommen werden, muss aber nicht.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt zentral gelegen am Straßburgerplatz, zur Uni, in die Neustadt sowie zum Hauptbahnhof braucht ihr nur 10-20min.
Es gibt ca 1min entfernt einen Einkaufsmarkt und einen Bäcker.
