Die Wohnung ist 25,03 qm und besitzt einen Balkon. Sie befindet sich im 15. Stock und bietet somit einen traumhaften Blick über Dresden. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 130,16 € zusätzlich Betriebskosten von 80 €. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1.3.2013 zu haben also meldet euch bevor es ein anderer tut.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Reitbahnstraße 36. Dies ist eine optimale Lage zur Pragerstraße, zur Uni, zum Hauptbahnhof. Aber auch jegliche anderen Ziele kann man aufgrund der guten Nahverbindung erreichen.
