Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt: Balkon, Internet, Küchenzeile und eigenes Bad. Da neben diversen Schränken auch Bett und Schreibtisch vorhanden sind, ist die Wohnung ideal für Neuankommlinge in Dresden. Heizung, Strom, Wasser sind pauschal im Preis enthalten.
So billig findet ihr das niergendwo sonst!

Dear Friends,
I am moving out of my lovely single room appartement in Gret-Palucca-Straße 9. It comes with everything you need: balcony, internet, own kitchen, own bath and fully furnished. Fee for internet and electricity is already included in the 214€.
The location is close to the central station, TU and HTW. There is a giant park just downstairs for plenty of leisure activities.
In case you want to stay longer than until September then this can be organised as well. Please contact me any time via mobile or email.
Zentraler geht's vermutlich nicht mehr. Hauptbahnhof und HTW zur Fuß erreichbar. TU und Neustadt in circa 15 Minuten. Für Einkauf gibt es REWE und Netto in unmittelbarer Nähe. Weiterhin ist gibt es freitags einen Wochenmarkt welchen ich sehr empfehlen kann.
Für Sportler gibt es das Glücksgas Stadion und ein Bad um die Ecke. Für Chiller den Großen Garten direkt vor der Tür.
Im Keller des Wohnheims gibt es eine Studentenbar. Für Bewohner des Hauses in Hausschuhen erreichbar ; )
Ihr könnt mich jederzeit unter meiner Handy Nummer erreichen oder ihr schreibt mir einfach eine Email. Besichtigungstermine können kurzfristig vereinbart werden. Kaution verlange ich für die kurze Zeit keine.
Sollte jemand länger als bis September die Wohnung mieten wollen, ließe sich dieses auch einrichten.
