27m², Kochnische, auch ein Flur in den ein großer Schrank passt, ist dabei.
Die Wohnung liegt im 11. Stock, man hat Abendsonne und eine schöne Aussicht Richtung Plauen.
Es gibt Waschmaschinen im Keller, für 2,50 kann man dort Wäsche waschen und den Trockner benutzen.
Vom Straßenlärm hört man dank der hohen Etage kaum etwas. Dank des Aufzugs sollte der Einzug auch keine Probleme bereiten.
Die Wohnung liegt nur zehn Fußminuten zum Postplatz entfernt, somit auch die Altmarktgalerie und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, dort gibt es einen Lidl der 365 Tage im Jahr geöffnet hat. Die Linie 62 fährt vor der Haustür ab. Parkplätze sind leider alle nur mit Parkschein zu nutzen, aber man kann einen Bewohnerparkplatz beantragen (50 Euro für 2 Jahre).
Der Flur ist lila gestrichen, eine Wand im Wohnraum hellgrün. Möchte es so übergeben und dafür die Rollläden an den Fenstern + Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Spüle, Hängeschrank, 2 Kochplatten überlassen. Wenn es nicht so übernommen werden will, würde ich auch weiß streichen und dafür 100 Euro für die Küche und 20 für die Rollläden nehmen.
