A 1 room apartment (at 12th floor) is gonna be available from 1 june 2018 near to the hbf nord. It has kitchen equipped with it. Kitchen has no refrigerator (kühlschrank) but I can leave my small refrigerator if you still need a refrigerator there
The whole apartment is 25m2. if you are couple , you can also stay together in this one room apartment. it has private bathroom with washmachine connection. It has a balcony that faces towards the central station. So you are gonna have a really nice view when you are at the balcony
Rent is 337. However the energy cost and the internet cost is seperated. I give 22 euro for energy cost to Drewag. The internet cost will be depended on you. In total, the rent will be 380 or something (when you add energy cost and your internet cost)
Satellite cost of 12 euro is included into the rent so you dont have to pay that seperately

near to the hauptbahnhof nord, all tram 3,11,8,7,10.. bus 66 are all available nearby.
As it is near to the central station, communication is very convenient.
