ich gebe meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete während eines Auslandsaufenthalts ab.
Die Wohnung hat einen Flur (mit Schrank), Bad (Waschbecken, Dusche, WC), Küche (Kühlschrank, Herd, Minibackofen, Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen) und ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit großer Fensterfront.
Das Fahrrad kann man im Keller unterstellen.

I give my apartment for a temporary rent during a stay abroad.
The apartment has a hallway (with cupboard), bathroom (sink, shower, toilet), kitchen (fridge, stove, mini oven, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans) and a living / bedroom with large windows (desk, cabinets, pallet bed ).
The bike can be placed in the basement.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof und an der Haltestelle Hauptbahnhof Nord.
Die Uni erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Prager Straße bzw. beim Hauptbahnhof selbst.
In die Neustadt fährt man ungefähr 10 Minuten.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und man kann ungestört nachts die Fenster offen lassen.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung nur im Oktober. Bei Anfragen auch kürzer. Der Preis beinhaltet dabei alle Kosten.
Es ist eine ideale Möglichkeit in Dresden anzukommen und Vorort nach einer Wohnung oder WG Zimmer zu suchen.
