ich suche derzeit einen neuen Nachmieter für mein Einzelapartment (25 qm) in der Nähe von Hauptbahnhof. Das Apartment steht ab 01.01.2021 zur Verfügung. Warmmiete ist 352 Euro und die gesamten Kosten (Internet, Strom) betragen ungefähr 410 Euro.
Location of this apartment is superior: It takes only about 5 minutes walk to Hauptbahnhof and about 3 minutes walk to the shopping center (Zentrumgalerie). By taking tram (Straßenbahn Linie 3 und 8), you can reach the TU Dresden in 5 minutes. And the tram stop is only about 160 meters from the house.
Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend: Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur ca. 5 Gehminuten und zum Zentrumgalerie ca. 3 Gehminuten. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle 'Hauptbahnhof Nord' ist nur 2 Minuten (160 Meter) zu Fuß entfernt, wo die Linien 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 und 11 durchfahren und somit fast überall leicht erreichbar ist.
