Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine große 1-Raum-Wohnung.
Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist der traumhafte Ausblick zum Rathaus und über gefühlt halb Dresden.
Vom Flur gelangt man in ein kleines Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschinenanschluss. (Die Wäsche kann auf dem Dachboden getrocknet werden.)
Die Küche hat zum Wohnbereich hin eine Durchreiche aus Fenstern, die zusätzliches Licht spendet.
Der Wohnbereich ist ein heller großer Raum, der bequem durch einen Raumtrenner in Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt werden kann.
Aus Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass die Wohnung auch groß genug ist, dass man auch zu zweit hier wohnen kann. Wenn man gut in Tetris ist, ist genug Platz für zwei Kleiderschränke, zwei Schreibtische und einige Regale. :)
Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein kleines Kellerabteil.
Der Innenhof des Hauses ist begrünt und mit einigen Bänken ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Direkt vor der Haustür ist die Haltestelle und hier fahren die Linien: 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 12 und 62, also ist man in kürzester Zeit an der Uni, am Hauptbahnhof, in der Neustadt, überall.
Unten im Haus befindet sich ein Bäcker, ein Fleischer, ein Asia-Imbiss und ein Corona-Testzentrum (heutzutage definitiv ein Pluspunkt). Auf der Kreuzung gegenüber gibt es einen Lidl und einen Döner. Außerdem ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an der Altmarktgalerie.
Fußläufig zu erreichen sind einige Restaurants und ein 23h-geöffnetes McDonalds, falls Nachts noch einmal der kleine Hunger kommt.
