Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Es gibt ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einer Küche und einem Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist teilweise mit 2 Betten 2 Schranke und und Stuhl. Die Küche ist ganz modern und gibt eine Backofen mit der Küche. Wenn man die Möbel erhalten will dann mit 100 Euro erhalten. Wenn nicht dann einziehen ohne Möbel ist auch möglich. In diesem Monat wird ein Balkon in die Wohnung eingebaut. Die Wohnung ist für Paar sehr gut eignet.
Vom Hauptbahnhof ist die Wohnung 5-7 Minuten Laufzeit. Nächstgelegene Haltestelle ist Reichenbachstrasse. Es ist 2-3 Minuten zur Fuß von der HTW Dresden und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der TU Dresden entfernt. Netto ist 2 Minuten entfernt.
Die nächstgelegene Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ebenfalls ca. 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichbar.
Ich bin wegen Studium wohne nicht mehr in Dresden. Deshalb werde ich meine Wohnung verlassen. Es ist eine schöne Nachbarschaft und sehr gut gelegen. Es könnte sehr gut für Studenten sein. Die Wohnung ist von Vonovia. Der Mietvertrag bis Dezember auf meine Namen. Aber ab 15. Dezember kann der Mietvertrag für Sie zur Verfügung gestellt werden kann.
