The apartment is located in the trendy nighbourhood destrict of Blaswitz. Which is well know within Dresden for its live style, the nearby river with its recreation and sport possibilities and the facinating diversity of beautiful mansions in this quater.

The apartment was renovated, bright colours are used for the interior paintings and the laminate. This creates a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere as soon as you enter the room.
The windows are sound absorbing, that brings quiete in the place.
The big window front opens a view of the mansions around and brings a lot of lightness inside.

All necessary furniture is present, for example a kitchen, washing maschine, tables, chairs, couch......
so just bring your personal belongings and dive into the beautiness and facinating city of Dresden.

Public transportation is easy to get by walking near the flat and brings you where ever you want to go:

Tram Station Altenberger Str. Lines 4 & 10 - 400m walking --> brings you to Technical University and to CityCenter

Tram Station Gustav Freytagstr. Lines 6 & 12 - 200m walking --> brings you to Carl Gustav Carus University clinical Center

Bus Station Altenbergerstr. Lines 65 / 85 / 87 - 400m walking


The apartment is highly appropriate for members / worker / expatriates of the University clinical center "Carl Gustav Carus".

Try my favorite Ice cream close to the flat, called Kaffee Lösch, an unbeatable highlight on sunny days.
Some of the best beer gardens are near by, called Schillergarten and Körnergarten. Both are at the Blue Wounder, a famous brigde painted in blue.
