Hallo,
ich suche eine/n Nachmieterin/er ab 1.10.2015 für meine im Souterrain gelegene 1-Raumwohnung. Da wir Familienzuwachs bekommen, muss ich aus meiner schönen Wohnung ausziehen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gehobene Ausstattung, sowie eine begehbare Nische für Kleidung. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Die Terrasse bietet genügend Platz zum entspannen und Hobbygärtnern.
Das Bad ist u.a. mit einer Badewanne und 2 kleinen Fenstern ausgestattet.
Kommt am besten vorbei und sammelt selbst Eindrücke von der Wohnung.
Die Elbe ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, dass Haus ist jedoch vorm Hochwasser geschützt ;-).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast du zum ca 7 Gehminuten entfernen Schillerplatz ausreichend vorhanden z.Bsp. Konsum, Norma, Biocompany, dm, Esprit, uvm.
Dort findest du auch eine gute Anbindung ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz z.Bsp Linie 6, 12, 61, 63.
Im Schillergarten lässt sich gut verweilen und lecker essen.
