Das Zimmer ist möbliert, schön, hell und groß (ca. 20 m²). Vorhanden ist ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, ein Schrank sowie ein Tisch und ein Kühlschrank.
Küche, Bad und Dusche befinden sich auf dem Flur und werden mit anderen Studierenden geteilt.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und Waschmischen sowie Trockner.
Das Studentenwohnheim befindet sich am Rosa Luxemburg Platz und man benötigt ca. 25 mit den Öffis zur TU Dresden. Die Lage des Wohnheims ist in der Neustadt, man braucht ca. 5 min zu Rewe City und DM und 10 min zum Albertplatz zu Fuß.
Direkt vor der Tür fährt die 6, am Albertplatz ua die 3,7,8, 11.
Das Studentenwohnheim ist nicht mehr das neuste, dafür ist die Lage super (da Neustadt aber nicht direkt in der Mitte) und der Preis richtig günstig.
Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter von Mai bis Juni, da ich in eine WG umziehe.
Ihr könnts euch auch gerne das Zimmer und das Wohnheim persönlich anschauen.
