Die Lage ist optimal, da der Hauptbahnhof nur 100 m entfernt ist und zur Uni sind es 5 min mit dem Rad. Zum nächsten Supermarkt ist es ca. 1min Fußweg.
Der Preis setzt sich zusammen aus (331,- Kaltmiete + 85,- Heizkosten + 45,- Strom).
Da mein Internetvertrag ausläuft könnt ihr für den Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete beim Hausanbieter Internet Buchen, Angebot und Daten liegen hierzu vor.
