Hallo!
Wegen Wegzug ins Ausland suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine kleine aber feine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Dresden-Friedrichstadt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig zur Autobahn und hat einen sehr guten Anschluss zum ÖPNV. Sie hat eine schöne Einbauküche (mit Kühlschrank,2 Kochplatten, Mikrowelle und Minibackofen),welche ich dir komplett für 500 € (verhandelbar)überlassen würde. Auch würde ich gerne meine Möbel drinlassen (Bett, großer Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa etc.), da ich das nicht mit ins Ausland nehmen möchte. Die Möbel wären kostenlos! Im Keller gibts noch eine Waschmaschine (wie neu und super funktionstüchtig, einfache Bedienung).
Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG und schön hell.Die Tramhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. 8Min. bis in die Innenstadt. 15Min. bis in die Uni. 1 Minute zu Fuß zum Netto oder 5 Gehminuten zum ALDI. Zum Bahnhof Mitte (FernverkehrDB)sind es auch nur 5Min zu Fuß!
Die Wohnung wär theoretisch ab 1.10.11 zu haben. Leider bin ich noch im Ausland und wäre erst ab 1.10. wieder in Dresden, um einen Besichtigungstermin zu machen.Also wäre das mit dem Einzug am 1.10. etwas kompliziert.Einzug kann aber jederzeit im Oktober oder später stattfinden. Ich bin da flexibel. Es wird sich schon eine Lösung finden zwecks passendem Einzug ;-))
