Hallo zusammen, da ich im Oktober und November nicht in Dresden sein werde, möchte ich meine schöne Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Sie wird daher komplett möbliert vermietet (genaues nach Absprache). Die Wohnung hat eine neue EBK und ein Tageslichtbad. Durch eine eingebaute Ebene ist der Schlaf- vom Wohnbereich getrennt, was wirklich praktisch ist und natürlich viel Raum zum Wohnen lässt.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, mit dem Rad ist man in 10-20 min im Stadtzentrum, Kneipenviertel und am Campus. In 2 Gehminuten ist man an der nächsten Tramhaltestelle, in 10 min am Bahnhof Mitte. In der Nähe (<5 min) gibt es einen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker (mit Café) und andere gute Essensmöglichkeiten. Auch die schönen Elbwiesen sind (je nach Laune) in Gehentfernung erreichbar.

Das Haus hat einen Fahrstuhl, es gibt außerdem einen Kellerabteil sowie einen gemeinschaftlich und frei nutzbaren Waschkeller mit 2 Waschmaschinen und Trockner (Nutzung ist in NK enthalten).

Die Wohnung ist durch die O-W-Ausrichtung immer schön hell. Ich hab daher auch einige Pflanzen, die ich meinem/r Zwischenmieter/in (wenn Lust und halbwegs grüner Daumen vorhanden) auch gerne anvertrauen würde. :)
