Eine 1-Raum Wohnung im ruhigen Teil von Gorbitz abzugeben! (auf dem Berg richtung Toom- Baumarkt).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Sock, die Nachbarn sind meist ältere Leute- es ist also relativ still.
Die Wände sind mit Rauhfaser beklebt und weiß, das Bad ist bis unter die Decke gefliest. Türen und Fußboden un Holzoptik.
Weideweg 10 , fünf bis zehn Minuten bis zur Halte stelle Kirschenstraße, von dort aus fährt die Liene 7,6, und 2 (aufgrund der Nähe des Betriebshofes fahren früh und abends auch andere Bahnen) Vor dem Haus befinden sich Parkplätze. Im Haus ist ein Fahrradkeller vorhanden.
Zu Netto brauch man ca. fünf Minuten, in 10 bis 15 minuten erreicht man das Sachsenforum und das Gorbitzcenter (Penny, Lidel, Sparkasse, Rossmann etc.)
Da ich ins Ausland gehe, kann ich ein Teil meiner Möbel micht mit nehmen und würde diese gern zur Verfügung stellen, kleiner Tisch, Schrankwand mit Hausbar (beleuchtet) Schreibtisch, Herd, Spühle, Küchenschränke und Regale, sowie zwei Badschränke und ein Spiegelschrank. (Die Möbel sind alle in Ordnung und weisen leichte gebrauchsspuren auf!
