Suche dringend einen Nachmieter/in für meine 1-Raumwohnung.
Sie wurde erst 2011 saniert und bietet einen großzügigen hellen Wohnraum mit viel Platz. Dieser ist von der Küche getrennt. Desweiteren gibt es einen geräumigen Flur und natürlich das Bad. Hier wohnen viele Familien und Azubis und ältere Damen und Herrn, hatte nie Probleme.
Kaution für Studenten und Azubis nur 160€.
Die Straßenbahn ist nicht weit entfernt, ca. 7 min. und auch Lidl und Netto sind unmittelbar in der Nähe, man brauch ca. 3-5 min. Die Straßenbahn 2 und 7 fahren ca. 15 min ins Zentrum. .. alle 10 Minuten.
Auch das Gorbitzcenter ist fast vor der Tür (nahkauf, Deichmann ...etc.)sowie all mögliche Ärzte.
