Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine gemütliche Einraumwohnung in Gorbitz zum 1. Mai 2014 oder später!
199,20€ Warmmiete. Der Vermieter ist die EWG, Kaution ist rund 480€.
Das Gebäude ist nach Plattenbauweise errichtet und wurde saniert.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Haltestelle Kirschenstraße (Linie 7,2) entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Nachbarn und Umgebung SEHR ruhig! (Trotz Platte :) )
In der Wohnung liegt ein dunkelbrauner Laminatboden, den ich kostenlos drin lassen würde, wenn derjenige dafür selbst streicht (das letzte Weißen passierte im November 2013!).
Bitte nur melden, wenn dies in Ordnung wäre (der Boden wertet die Wohnung wirklich sehr auf!).
