ich vermiete meine Wohnung für den Zeitraum vom 8.8.-7.9.2014 an einen lieben und netten Mieter zwischen. Die Wohnung ist eine 1-Raum-Wohnung mit Balkon und extra Küche, es gibt ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne. Waschmaschine und Kücheninventar steht der Nutzung frei. Details über Freiräumen von Regalen und Schränken gern dann persönlich.
Ich würde eine Kaution zur Absicherung veranschlagen, wegen den Geräten, Waschmaschine und Co. Die gibt's natürlich zurück! :) Warmmiete sind 245€ plus Nebenkosten. Da der Zeitraum sehr kurz ist, würde ich auf die Nebenkosten verzichten :)
Lage ist sehr zentral, 15min bis zum Stadtzentrum oder 15min zur Uni, ÖPNV direkt vor der Haustür (Bus+Bahn). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Rossmann, Bäcker, Fleischer, Apotheke) alles in Fußnähe! :-)
