Hello,
I want to rent out my one room flat from the 15.12.2021 until 30.01.2022. The duration can be adjusted. It would also be possible for longer/shorter period of time. The flat is at 12th floor (2 Elevators available) and has a lot of light. It has it's own balcony, kitchen (incl. oven, freezer)and bathroom and the size is 26.5 m2. The flat is furnished and the location is very good (Direct connection to TU Dresden, SLUB, and the city center). The connections are 3 min walking distance (line 1,2,61,64,85). Supermarkets (Norma, Netto, Lidl) are also within 1-3 min walking distance and Grosser garden is not so far as well.
The rent is (incl. Electricity, heating, internet, etc.) 360€/month.
