Die Wohnung liegt im 8. Stock und bietet somit einen tollen Ausblick vom sonnigen Balkon. Das Gebäude besitzt natürlich einen Aufzug.
Die Küche sollte mit übernommen werden. Dazu gehört die rote Küchenzeile mit Hängeschränken und die passend dazu eingebauten Regale (siehe Fotos), sowie ein kleines schmales Regal für Gewürze u. ä. neben der Wohnzimmertür. Kostenpunkt: 350 €.
Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine gehören nicht dazu.
Außerdem können übernommen werden:
3 Schuhregale für zusammen 15 €
1 Garderobenleiste für 10 €
2 Badregale über der Toilette für zusammen 20 €
1 türkises Badregal für 20 €
1 Balkonbank für 25 €
Zur Wohnung gehört kein Keller, aber es gibt einen Fahrradkeller.

The kitchen should be taken over. This includes the red kitchen unit with wall cabinets and the matching built-in shelves (see photos), as well as a small, narrow shelf for spices and the like. Ä. next to the living room door. Cost: 350 €.

Vom Haus bis zur Haltestelle Zwinglistraße läuft man weniger als 2 Minuten. Von dort kommt man mit der Straßenbahnlinie 1 oder 2 innerhalb von 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt oder mit der Buslinie 61 innerhalb von 13 Minuten bis zur SLUB.
Der große Garten ist direkt in der Nähe und in Sachen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umkreis von 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Beispiel Netto, Norma, Rossmann, zwei Apotheken usw.
Parkplätze findet man immer in der Nähe.

Es handelt sich hierbei weder um eine WG noch um ein Angebot zur Untermiete. Ich suche schlicht und einfach einen Nachmieter für diese kleine 1-Raum-Wohnung. Den Mietvertrag schließt ihr nicht bei mir ab, sondern bei der Vermietergesellschaft.
