Zum einen wäre da das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet: Bunt (da viele Graffiti an den Wänden), hier kennt jeder jeden und die Nachbarinnen und Nachbarn gehören zum Wohnerlebnis sozusagen mit dazu (alle sehr nett, freundlich, engagiert). Die Wohnfläche besteht aus einer großen, gemütlichen Wohnküche und einem Schlafzimmer. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Außen-WC mit Dusche und Waschbecken (mit Fenster, beheizbar, abschließbar). Da sich die Wohnung im 4.OG befindet, hast du eine tolle Aussicht über die Neustadt.

there is a 2-room-appartment available for a short-term-rent. The house ist very colorful (the walls as well as the people living here). The appartment has a big, cosy living kitchen and a bedroom. The Toilet and shower are situated directy outside of the appartment on the stairway (heated, lockable, with a window). The view is amazing.
Die Wohnung ist in perfekter Lage: Die Straßenbahnen 13, 7 und 8 sind in nur 1 Minute Fußweg zu erreichen. Selbst die S-Bahnstation "Bischofsplatz" liegt nur 2min entfernt. Du hast mehrere (Bio-) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie einen Späti fast direkt vor der Haustür. Da die Wohnung genau auf der Grenze zwischen Neustadt und Hechtviertel liegt, sind tolle Bars und Cafés, Geschäfte etc. gleich um die Ecke.
