Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum von Dresden (Am See 19) und erst vor ca. 2 Jahren erbaut. Somit ist ein moderner Standard vorzufinden. Zusätzlich befindet sie sich im obersten Stock, was einen schönen Ausblick mit sich bringt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß erreicht. Auch Anbindungen zu Bus und Bahn sind fußläufig.
Ausstattung: Einbauküche, Fußbodenheizung, Balkon, modernes Bad, Abstellraum (für Spülmaschine oder Waschmaschine), Keller, Aufzug. Für einen möglichen Zwischenmieter würde ich, je nach Rücksprache, die Möbel zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 34m² groß und kostet warm 398€ (für Internet und Strom sind nochmal ca. 50€ im Monat zu rechnen)
