Großes, helles, möbiliertes Zimmer im 4. Stock, der Straße abgewandt, daher ruhig. Unverbauter Blick fast bis auf die Elbe (wären da nicht die Bäume). Bad und Küche teilt man sich mit dem Gang (treffe jedoch nur selten andere Leute, besonders im Sommer sollte es leer sein). Es gibt ein Einzelbett, aber auch zusätzlich eine Faltmatratze für Besucher, sowie ein Sofa, einen Schreibtisch, Tisch, Kühlschrank und ansonsten alles was man so braucht ?
// Big, sunny, fully furnished Room on the 4th floor, towards the yard (quiet). Open view, almost all the way to the Elbe if the trees wouldn't stand in the way. Bathrooms and kitchen are shared with the floor (I rarely meet other people though, especially during the summer it should be empty). The room's equipped with a single bed, additionally a folding mattress for guests, a sofa, a desk and a table, fridge and everything else one possibly needs :)
5 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum der Neustadt mit Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 2 min zu Fuß zur Elbe. Vor der Tür fahren Tram 6 und 13 (Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz), 5 min Gehweg zur Tram 11 und 7, sowie 10 min zu Fuß zum Neustädter Bahnhof. Auch in die Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Alles in allem eine top Lage!!!
// 5 minutes by foot to the center of Neustadt (Bars, Restaurants, Shopping). 2 min walking to the river Elbe. In front of the door there's tram 6 and 13 (Stop: Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz), 5 min walking to tram 11 and 7 and 10 min walking to Neustadt Station with connection to intercity trains and international connections. Old town isn't too far either. All in all, a prime location!!!
Leider kann das Zimmer nur an Studenten mit gültigem Studentenausweis vergeben werden, da es über das Studentenwerk läuft. Zur Anmeldung muss man zusammen dort erscheinen und einen Vertrag unterschreiben, da ich nur bis zum 17. Juli in Dresden bin, müsste dies vor diesem Datum (oder an diesem) geschehen.
// Unfortunately, the room can only be sublet to other students with student ID, due to the regulations of Studentenwerk, who owns the flat. To sign up as subtenant, we have to go together to Studentenwerk and sign a contract. As I am only in Dresden until the 17th of July, this would need to happen before this date (or on the 17th latest).
